The end of the year approacheth! Now is the time to go through your personal finance life from the previous year and figure out what didn’t work. And make sure that you plan to make things better next year. Yielding wealth is all about fixing mistakes, and then avoiding making the same errors over and over again.
One of the best posts I’ve seen on fixing your mistakes is over at Freelance Folder. Dave Navarro points out some great things you can do if you’re a freelance writer, but they hold true for your personal finance life as well.
Review your personal finance decisions from the year and decide what could have been done differently. Then look at fixable, actionable items that you can improve on. And take responsibility for your personal finance situation as you make a plan for the coming year.
