Over the next couple of weeks I will be working on a series of post on various Core Competencies you should consider when evaluating your skills and abilities. I found this article from the Denver Business Journal called These 10 Core Competencies Comprise Good Leadership by Wiliam S. Franks. Take this test to rate your leadership ability.
