But I discovered I had been doing it all along! Each day I was at my earth job, once lunch was finished I found a comfortable place to sit, be alone and meditate for no less than 15 minutes each time. I find it funny (and not funny simultaneously) that it took me a bit to know this is what I was already doing. I am also aware I was not using the time in a manner conducive to this study so I changed it this past week.
