OJ Simpson Wants to be the Next Apprentice

OJ Simpson wants to be a contestant on the next Celebrity Apprentice. What do you think about that? Apparently he approached Donald Trump with the idea and M. Trump is considering it. I would love to hear from some of the Apprentice fan base. Scroll down and share what you think. Should Mr. Trump extend the invitation?

The Apprentice Season 7 – The Finale

If you missed it The Apprentice tonight, you missed the finale! It was actually very well done. And in the end Piers Morgan was selected as The Celebrity Apprentice. I must admit, I was not glad he was selected, but in the end it was a business decision and it was the right decision.
Trace Adkins was actually the weaker opponent going into the last task. He didn’t have the ability to raise a lot of money. And in the end, with business, it always comes down to money. Revenue and profitability. Trace couldn’t come close. As likeable as …read more

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 11

This week Mr. Trump gave the teams 4 hours to plan, and execute their task. With Omarosa gone, the personal attacks and antics seemed like a distant memory.
The task: Design a Quiznos sandwich and sell the sandwich for $2.00. The team who sold the most sandwiches wins. The task was about speed, 2 hours to plan and 2 hours to sell. Team Empresario included Trace Adkins and Stephen Baldwin and Hydra included Carol Alt, Piers Morgan, and Lenox Lewis.
Trace made 99.9% of the decisions including coming up with the idea of selling the Prime Rib Cowboy Club. Stephen didn’t seem …read more

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 10

This week’s episode of The Celebrity Apprentice promises to be full of fireworks. I am writing this as I am watching the show tonight. After last week’s firing, which in my opinion was anti-climatic I am looking forward to some sparks this week.
Task: Choose an artist and sell art. Price it above the minimum pricing. The team that makes the most profits wins. Piers and Omarosa are the Project Managers. This show became a head to head match-up. In the end Pier’s was able to draw lots of friends who don’t mind opening their checkbook.
$164,000 – Hydra Pier’s Team

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 9

Last Thursday’s episode of The Apprentice was a little sad. Tito was fired, but I am getting a little ahead of myself. The task this week partnered two strong business brands, Dial Soap and Redbook.
Task: To create a 4-page photo essay or photo layout that will promote Dial Nourishing Yogurt Body Wash. Each team would be judged on three criteria: creativity, integration of the brand, overall message and content. Each was also given a photographer and a full photo studio to complete their task.
Tito stepped up or was pushed up to be the project manager for Empresario. Carol stepped up …read more

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 8

Mr. Trump made it clear to both teams this week, that though he “extended grace” last week, there would be no grace this week. Someone would be fired this week from the losing team.
The Task: Write, direct and produce a 10-minute live segment. Pick a product and sell it. The team who sells the most wins.
The project managers this week, Stephen Baldwin for Empresario and Marilu Henner for Hydra. Each of the teams this week worked well together for the most part. The show was definitely more focused on the task at hand rather than personal attacks on players. I …read more

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 7

My husband and I laughed so hard at the end of the show this week, that I thought I would begin with the end and move backwards. This episode of Celebrity Apprentice had the best ending so far. It was priceless for them to end the show with the driver waiting for the player who was fired. No one got fired this week. AMAZING! At least in my opinion. Mr. Trump actually gained points with me this week. He actually extended grace to the losing team and kept all players! AMAZING! Enough of that, let’s talk about the episode.
The Task: …read more

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 6

This week The Apprentice began with a bang or maybe a whimper! It all depends on how you saw Stephen Baldwin’s rant about quitting. Let me say this, Piers Morgan is in the driver’s seat right now. He has everyone reacting to his antics and he is enjoying the ride. Will he survive and be the last one standing? I doubt it! But he may be one of the final four.
This week’s show featured Vera Wang, Fashion Designer. Vera Wang designed a Serta mattress.
The Task: Create a living window featuring Vera Wang’s Serta mattress. The displays would be evaluated on …read more

Season 7 – The Apprentice – Week 5

The opening of the show with Omorosa hoping that Carol gets fired and then she is the first person to hug her when she walks in the door which was very telling of who she is as a person.
Unfortunately, that was a foreshadowing of a two hour distraction, that ended with Vinnie Pastore quitting and leaving the show.
Task: Soles United – Croc Awareness Campaign – Create an In-store receptacle bin.
The bottom line of the show this week is that Empresario finally got a win!! The ladies beat the men with an excellent presentation.
Tonight’s show was more about the Ethical …read more
