Laptops in Meetings and Classes–It’s About Attention and Application

When was the last time you were in a meeting or at a conference when less than half of the people in the room had computers with them? I, honestly, would have to go back probably seven years. Today laptops in meetings are almost de rigueur, but does that make this a good thing?
