When b5 got its advisory board last year I was pretty excited to read the line up (it’s made up of: Robert Scoble, Hugh MacLeod, Renee Blodgett, Stowe Boyd, and Doc Searls if you don’t remember). It’s how you handle the down turns-startups only work with great people

So yesterday we had a wee problem with the servers. Okay wee is an understatement. The tech team here (virtually of course), has been working almost non-stop since problems cropped up. The cause? Doesn’t matter. Never does really. It’s how you handle the crisis that matters. You could scream and yell or you can buckle down and “get’er done”. Here’s a bit from Aaron’s post this morning:
