Is Congress wasting its time, again, on housing aid?
Why has our country become so cold-hearted? Isn’t it a fair tradeoff to help some who are undeserving if we can prevent hard-working families — at least some of them — to avoid losing their homes?

The Bush administration on Thursday finally came through on its long-promised desire to help the escalating number of homeowners across the country who are facing foreclosure.
The question now? Is the Bush plan a good one?
