When you first start your small business it’s a charge, and you’re all excited and motivated to work hard. Once you’ve been running your small business for a while it can get hard to maintain that positive momentum. Especially if business is not going as well as you think it should, or you’re working hard and feel like you aren’t getting anywhere. It’s hard to stay focused on the finish line.

One Hour Each Day

I’m trying to practice the 44th thought in the First Lesson;
“Now make the application: Select a room where you can be alone and undisturbed; sit erect, comfortably, but do not lounge; let your thoughts roam where they will but be perfectly still for from fifteen minutes to half an hour; continue this for three or four days or for a week until you secure full control of your physical being.”
