Razorfish to be Sold by Microsoft?

According to a report in the Financial Times, Microsoft is considering selling Razorfish. Razorfish, which is one of the biggest interactive marketing and advertising companies in the world, has a number of significant clients such as Carnival Cruise, Starwood Hotels and McDonalds.
The report says that Morgan Stanley has been selected by Microsoft to complete the sale of Razorfish. Supposedly Publicis Groupe SA, a marketing and advertising company based in France, could be the company that purchases Razorfish.
