Senator Barack Obama will give a speech today about his strategy for US security. He will, reportedly, discuss his plans for dealing with the biggest threats against the US, focusing, on ending the war in Iraq.
He will cap off the day appearing on Larry King Live on CNN tonight (Tuesday, July 15th) at 9pm (EST)
Barack Obama’s “timeline” calls for a gradual withdrawal of troops from Iraq – a withdrawal which is to be complete within 16 months of his taking office (so around April, 2010).
