Motivation by definition means the psychological feature that moves a person to action toward a desired goal; the reason for the action; that which gives purpose and direction to behavior.
What motivates you? What moves you to action or inaction? When you get stuck what do you do? As I stated yesterday, Motivation in my estimation is something that either you have or don’t.
