If you are an avid social media user or just starting out, integrity should be one of the key components of your social media plan. According to Webster.com, a definition for integrity is:
Integrity: Firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values

Resisting spamming others via social media outlets.

I have spent a large part of this year responding to issues in and around termination. Many more people get fired today in the natural flow of an organization today than any other time in our history.

The opening of the show with Omorosa hoping that Carol gets fired and then she is the first person to hug her when she walks in the door which was very telling of who she is as a person.
Unfortunately, that was a foreshadowing of a two hour distraction, that ended with Vinnie Pastore quitting and leaving the show.
Task: Soles United – Croc Awareness Campaign – Create an In-store receptacle bin.
The bottom line of the show this week is that Empresario finally got a win!! The ladies beat the men with an excellent presentation.

Now here is an interesting question for you to consider when thinking about an interview. Are you an asset or liability for the organization you are interviewing with?
As a hiring manager when evaluating candidates, determining whether you as a candidate will add value to my organization is a very important question to answer.
Managers must determine the risk vs. return they will get for hiring you and allowing you to work in their organization. As a candidate you must demonstrate your value – you must demonstrate that you will be an asset to the organization.
