I love the post idea that Becky over at My Organized Biz had on yesterday about “uncluttering your mind.” This is sage advice for those of us who use mental muscles EVERY day to generate business and generate an income. Relaxing is KEY to being productive and having good, creative ideas.

This past week at my women’s health blog, guest writer Jennifer Chait offered some really simple and really excellent aromatherapy recipes. I’m feeling really drained right now and trying to come up with a noncaffeinated way to perk up and get some stuff done before I crash for the night.
