The lawsuit reads: “Millions of customers, as a result of the false and deceptive representations and concealments of Apple and AT&T purchased the 3G and 3GS, waiting for the wonderful day in June 2009 when the new application would be available which would allow MMS. Unfortunately, after downloading the new 3.0 Software Update application, MMS still did not work on both the 3G and 3GS.”

As the unemployment rate continues to creep upward, many communities have become more and more desperate for job openings. Maiden, North Carolina, located in Catawba county, agreed today to raise its previous offer of incentives for Apple to open its East Coast data center near city limits, bringing much-needed jobs to a community with a 15 percent unemployment rate.

If I were a fruit what would I be? I am still trying to think of an answer that I would give if asked this question in an interview. If you were a fruit, what would you be? I would love to hear some answers to this question. If a hiring manager asks this question in an interview, you do need to come up with an answer. It may seem like a dumb question, and even a waste of time, however people who ask the question are really looking for an answer, so be prepared to field a silly question.

The web is full of rumors as to when Flash and Java may appear, and developers Adobe and Sun claim they’re working on respective versions for the …read more
