Word Burning Fireplaces and Other Ad Oddities

I was pursuing the real estate listings on my local CraigsList and came across this:
Unit is upstairs and offers word burning fireplace, laundry, parking and tons of character.
I’m not sure what sort of character wants to burn words in a fireplace, but it’s probably not for me.
