Kool-Aid Scented Reeboks are Coming: This is Not a Joke

I’m not kidding. Kool-Aid scented Reebok shoes hit store shelves on February 1, 2008. Did you get yours yet? Now I am kidding.
According to Reebok, the new fruity smelling shoes are “instant classics.” Not only will Kool-Aid branded Reebok shoes be totally cool (again, kidding), but you can also get a full line of clothes including T-shirts, hats and hoodies. I’m sorry to say, only the shoes will have the delicious scent of grape, cherry or strawberry embedded into sock liners that are attached inside the shoes.
Prefer a citrus scent? No problem, orange, lemonade and lemon-lime scents are coming in April (if you can wait that long).
The new Kool-Aid branded Reebok shoes will come in both kids’ and men’s sizes. The price? A mere $50-$75, but remember, you get more than a shoe for that price. You also get a smell you can’t get away from - Kool-Aid with a heavy dash of smelly feet.
What do you think? A crazy brand pairing that’s headed for poor results or a stroke of genius? I think you can guess my vote.
