Mexico City To Give Out Free Viagra To Men Aged 70 And Older

Oh, Lay!…Is That A Burrito In Your Pocket or Are You Just Eligible for Medicare?

Wow. Talk about thinking outside the buns…

The Mexican government today announced it will be giving out free Viagra to men over 70 years of age. The move is expected to further cripple Mexico’s already weakened tourist industry.

In a city where women are so harassed that the city provides separate subway cars and buses for women, what could possibly go wrong?

Mayor Marcelo Ebrard was quoted as saying the city is implementing the plan because sexuality “has a lot to do with quality of life and our happiness.”

“And let’s face it,” said the Mayor, “We can improve the quality of life a lot easier by having a bunch of old guys sporting wood than by, oh..say, fixing up slums or preventing random drug kidnappings.”

In a related story, the U.S. State Department issued a travel advisory to all hot college girls vacationing in Mexico City saying they should be on the lookout for any leathery old dude wearing a sombrero…

On his lap…

While standing up.
