Democratic Contender Also Compares Herself to Liberty Bell, Soft Pretzels
Senator Clinton looked to halt her dwindling lead in the Pennsylvania primary at a campaign stop in Philadelphia today. Speaking to an audience of local union members, Ms. Clinton said that “when it comes to finishing a fight, Rocky and I have a lot in common. I never quit. I never give up.”
“And like Sylvester Stallone, I would have no problem dosing heavily on HGH if I thought it would give me a performance edge.”
In an effort to make a deep, meaningful connection with Philadelphians that would last at least a week, Clinton went on to compare herself to the Liberty Bell saying she was “loud but flawed.”
Continuing to press the local metaphor envelope, Clinton said she felt she and the soft pretzel were kindred spirits noting they were both “better with mustard” and “went stale after a week.”
Hillary’s campaign and credibility got a boost from former Philadelphia mayor Ed Rendell who said she reminded him of the famous Rocky statue — especially the part where she stood stone-faced on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art as people walked by without paying any attention.

Hillary. Like the Liberty Bell…not all she’s cracked up to be.

I think all politicians pander to a certain extent. Why should Hillary be any different?
