Copyblogger has a fiction contest going. The goal is to write a twitter-sized piece of fiction, exactly 140 characters long, including (I think) your twitter address.
The prize? An IPod Nano 4gGB in your choice of colors. Since this is (probably) the first twitter fiction writing contest, you’ll also get great bragging rights as, well, first.
The contest announcement is here and you may want to read the first dozen or so comments for some rules clarification.
And it would be way cool if you posted a link to your twitter entry here as well as submitting it.
Write well, short, and often,

Very cool. I love twitter, I love flash fiction - I am going to enter it! Winning a Nano would be pretty cool, too.
good for you Katherine… when you’ve done it come back and give us a link!
Here’s my entry!

(Alas, my Web site is still all lorem dispit :( The cobbler’s kids and all that)
I love it Jonathan… when does the contest end… I’d vote for you.
Thanks, Anne! Alas it’s the Copyblogger folks who vote on the winners, but here’s hoping…
I may take it up as a hobby though. I love flash fiction :)
hmmm, I’m beginning to love it too. Let us know what happens
