Ruby Guru - New Start-up Opportunity

Let me say this for the record for candidates looking for new employment. The video that you will see at StandoutJobs.com is well done. In this case it is a new company looking to hire a new employee for a start-up.

My concern for candidates who want to differentiate themselves by using available technology is QUALITY. It is imperative that each candidate needs to ensure that the Video Resume  provided to hiring organizations need to be of the highest quality. What you send out or make available will represent you - for better or for worse. Anything less will place you at a disadvantage rather than differentiate you from others - and you will still be looking for a job.
