This is what arrived in my mail box today. I went on-line because I thought it was from someone who was paying me today, and logged on. No cash! So sooner or later everyone gets scamed, as Google tells you! The site is identical. Moneybookers should have a secure lock image like yahoo does. Anyone else here had this message? Moneypenny

I had one of these “You’ve got cash” messages last week. Mine said:
You’ve got cash
Louis Boileau (setzersetzer@hotmail.com) just sent you money through http://www.moneybookers.com.
Payment details
Amount: USD 599.00

Note: -
Whilst the money would have been nice, I did not bother to follow the link. I do not know anyone with that name and/or e-mail address and (as far as I know) no one owes me that amount of money.
Well done to you! I on the other hand was waiting for exactly that amount of money (bad coincidence) form a new source, and thought they were trying to get me to use moneybookers.
Anyway these scamsters should be stopped I’ve e mailed secuirity at Moneybooker to suggest usig personalised ID locks on their pages, as Yahoo does.
There are no doubt those who have money in their account, set up a new password, as they ask you to do and get it stolen. Or alternatively, they steal your data, either way it must be a concern to moneybookers.
leave your comment here so we can take action and warm others about how these scams operate!

Is there anyone that can help me on a problem. I should’ve known better and that it was too good to be true. Plus I’m a U.S. Marine and just got back again from Iraq. I have been scammed by some crooks who say they were from moneybookers and they weren’t. I thought I was buying a car from a guy and he wanted to use moneybookers. So, I gave him my info and recieved a bogus m.b. email. After paying for the car, I was told I would recieve it on may 17th, at 6 p.m. pst. I have yet to see or hear anything about the car. There are other victims of this same scandal.
was the car on autotrader? did it have a vin#? did you get to look at car and what make and model? im lookin to buy a car now and the price is to good to be true. the person says there in scottland now and moneybooker has it at their warehouse. i never heard of moneybooker b4. so i im lookin around for scams on moneybooker and came to this site n seen thsi post of marine buying a car. just wanted to see if this the same scam
No, the car was on nola.com. They also use other websites such as autotrader, cars.com and such. IT IS A SCAM, DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I am highly pissed that they took my money and I have no car and it was all fake. I’m trying to take legal action now towards them. They gave me a vin #, make and model and pictures. What you could do is fake like you are going to buy the car and tell me what web page or email they sent you and the names and address and or numbers. So that way, I may be able to catch them. Once again it is not real. Moneybookers is real, but the thing they have isn’t. Unles you set up an actual account yourself on their website, it isn’t real. Please if there is any info you can give, please feel free to share. I am a Marine and I lost $4,900. Stupid me, GOSH! thanks
Dear Michael, so sorry to hear this has happened to you. Many wise people have had the same thing happen, don’t dwell on the fact that you should have known better. However, you must report this to moneybookers. Get a report number, take it to the police and then get a govt lawyer to help you under legal aid. Given the circumstances, you being in the army etc. you will have a stronger case than others. I know Mb did not steal your money, a scammer posing as Mb did, but Mb failed to supply a simple personal sign-on seal like yahoo have, and so they are in some way liable for not providing a secure site. I have suggested they now do this in my last post. Because in the army as a marine, you should be able to get legal aid to fight this, the govt should be on your side. I would not advise everybody to do this, but in your case I am, as the army can assist you to put pressure on them. The negative publicity alone can help to make things better for others and perhaps they will even reimburse you under this pressure. Don’t delay! Change all your passwords on all log-ins

Hi,
I was about to do the same; a guy from Scotland saying that Moneybookers had a car in their warehouse, asking me to make a deposit $3200; It was good to read you guys before sending any money….they are scamming around the world…
Thanks for writing in Octavio, It’s so important that people start talking. If I help prevent one person from being scammed, then its worth it. Maybe your comment will do the same for someone else. Michael come back, and tell us how it turned out.
Moneypenny
Thanks for the warning. I was about to buy a motorcycle that was to good to be true. A 2001 GSX-R 750 for $2,985 dollars. I will be reporting these MTF’s!!!
Here’s the reply e-mail they sent me:
******FAKE*********SCAM*****BELOW!
Hi,
the bike is in great condition, has been properly maintained, has never been dropped or abused in any way. It has a clear title and the price I`m selling it for is $2950, which is including all shippings charges.
I live in Colorado Springs I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be staying here for the next approximately 7 months, anyway I`m using MoneyBookers services so I can sell this bike without difficulty. I left it at their warehouse before leaving to the UK. They are supervising the entire process from payment, shipping with a 14-day inspection period included, returns (if needed) and refunding.
If you want to purchase it, let me know and I will explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can move forward.
I am waiting your email.
Thanks
I am always so pleased if by warning others, one person avoids being scammed.
Well done for reporting this
Moneypenny
i guess this scam has been around for a little while. i was dealing with a “woman” from the u.k. who actually emailed me not more than 15 min.s ago to make sure that i had received all the info from moneybookers regarding the car i was supposed to buy. i was talking with the real moneybookers this morning who told me that the trans. # was bogus and the whole thing was a fraud. still didn’t want to believe it until i read this site. glad i did. i have been saving all correspondents with them and dont know what to do with them. i havent contacted her back to let her know that i know. i’d love to catch her for everyones sake while its all still hot. any advice?
as I have mentioned I am always so pleased if by warning others, one person avoids being scammed.
Well done for reporting this, I think catching these guys is not your job. the best way is to publish your experience and ask others to link to this url. that way we can stop others being scammed. You can report it to the police if you are prepared to meet with her. I doubt the person will be dumb enough to show their face. they change adresses on the web daily so hard to catch. Report it formally to e bookers

This same Go***mned thing happened to me a week ago! I agreed to buy a Tenor Saxophone from a guy in Birmingham, UK that left the horn at a moneybookers warehouse in Detroit, MI. long story short, I sent $2500.00 to a Donovan Bratcher (supposed moneybookers.com agent) via Western Union and since then have not been able to contact anyone!! Is there anything I can do? I filed a report with my local police, I filled a report with the FBI and with the Attorney General of my state (IL). Can I do anything else?
Im sorry to hear you were scamed too Al. I may put this out to our readers to give suggestions as to what to do on this one.
I can only say don’t buy anything of value through an online payment agengy like moneybookers, western union etc. Its too risky there are too many scamers out there!
I had a feeling I was being scammed. Same story… There was a high mile bmw z convertable on auto trader. It was listed at 1190.00. I responded with my name thinking that the car had been mispriced. The seller responded to me with the tone that the sale had been agreed. The car was not nearby as I had thought, but had been sent to a warehouse in another state. The seller was in Scotland and wanted me to send the money to moneybooker so they could complete the transaction…same scam. Thank goodness for this website! I was a cute car…
Thanks for your mail Margene. I’m amazed how many people nearly fall into this scam for lots of money. Glad you werent a casualty.
This is my post with the most responses. I’m proud of that, I want Digitalmoneyworld to help people, so thanks for your mail. Send the link to everyone you know, so the google rank can go up and people can find this and not be scammed.
moneypenny.
hey michael i almost just fell for a very similar scam he was asking 4k for a 13k car:
Dear Kevin,
Here you have the VIN# ja3an74k9vy005070 please feel free to run a carfax report to see that everything is OK!
I will try to tell you in few words how the process works through MoneyBookers.
Their primary purpose is to protect buyers and sellers from fraud. MoneyBookers services accept and hold payment from the buyer until the buyer receives and approves the merchandise. Only then do they forward the payment to the seller.
If you are really interested in the purchase please get back to me asap with your full name and shipping address so I can forward them at MoneyBookers in order to open a case and they will guide you through the rest of the process so we can complete this deal successfully and in the best manner !
Sincerely,
Andrew
his email is “andrewwk40_1966@msn.com”
the VIN number checks out but then i googled it and it came up on another site
Guys keep talking, every message makes it harder for them to scam someone on this fake moneybookers scam!
moneypenny
Hey guys,
I am sooo glad I saw this site this morning! I got the EXACT same email sent to me as the gentleman did about a motorcycle for $2950. The guy said he lives in Wash D.C., but is in the UKnow for the next 7 months. I mean it is the identicle email!!! I am going to play it out, and see if I can catch him! And believe me, I won’t send a penny!! Thanks everyone!
Okay that’s great! catch that bastard! when he asks you to send the money via Western Union, Tell him that you need to know the exact Location where the money will be paid out, and that western union will not let you send the money unless they know the exact payout. Then when he tells you that, call the police in the UK that police the area of the payout and tell them his name and hopefully you may be able to catch him. Good Luck! I really hope you can catch at least one of these assholes.
Advertisement for sale of bike.
It’s had Vance & Hines pipes installed with the matching jet kit and it has a great LOUD sound! It has also had a nice blue-tinted windshield and leather-studded tank bib installed, as well. It has chrome rear saddlebag brackets~the previous owner kept his leather initialed saddlebags, though. The bike will accept nearly any leather saddlebag set-up. This bike has always been garaged and adult-driven. It has also recently had a new battery installed, as well. This is the best way to get 50+mpg, look cool and have fun doing it!!! This bike has a very low seat height so a person of nearly any stature can comfortably ride it. It starts easily, sounds great and runs out just like new. Very beautiful machine that would make any new owner proud.
This is what the guy told me,
Hi,
Bike is available ,it s in excellent conditions absolutely no issue, clear title,4450 miles.I accept your offert 2500$ delivery from Dallas included.Location shouldn t be a problem as i am using monebookers services so i can sell easily. It is curently stored at their warehouse in Dallas. When i handed the bike to MoneyBookers i mentioned that it’s available only for delivery to the address i will forward them , i also paid all the shipping charges. All i need from you in case you decide and want to buy is the delivery address. As soon as I receive your info, I will forward it to MoneyBookers, they will start the transaction and notify you with all the instructions (payment, shipping, my account status etc.) One of their agents will be assigned to handle the payment. You will have a 14-day return policy, so you will have the chance to test and inspect the bike and decide either you keep it or not. If you decide to keep it, they have the power of attorney so they will transfer the title into your name and release me the funds, if not they will be responsible for the return shipping and you will have a complete refund within 3 days.
Anyway, they will explain you detailed the entire process
Looking forward for your reply,
The guys name that is selling the bike is Dan Horton, e-mail danhor@live .com
I too ran across the same exact deal on an Indian motorcycle for sale on Craigslist in Dallas. It reads like this:
Hi again,
the bike is stored in Austin (at MoneyBookers storage facility). If you want to purchase it, let me explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can proceed:
To start the official transaction I need your full name and delivery address, I forward it to MoneyBookers and they will notify you with all the instructions (payment, shipping, my account status etc.). One of their agents will be assigned to receive and handle the payment. You have to transfer the funds to their agent as per their email directions and when the payment is complete, you have to send them the transfers information, they verify it, deposit the purchase amount in their trust account and start the shipping process. You will have a 14-day return policy, so you will have the chance to test and inspect the bike before funds are released. If you decide to keep it, they have the power of attorney so they will transfer the title into your name and release me the funds, if not they will be responsible for the return shipping and you will have a complete refund within 3 days.
Anyway, they will explain you detailed the entire process.
I am waiting your email.
Thanks
Of course it’s probably fake as well, but this guy said his name is Ryan Anderson…Beware
beware of jacob bennett also on that 750 motorcycle
hi guys
dont believe anyone who wants you to send cash or money orders they are scaming you! i almost got scamed by the same some lady in scotland asking 3300 USD for a 10000 USD car , carfax report cheked out fine, but after reading all your coments forget it . be carefull who you send money!
yes i got the same email how do u report them to get them caught
Hi again,
the bike is stored in Austin (at MoneyBookers storage facility). Usually they deliver the products with a 14-day return policy right after the payment is confirmed, for inspection and to pick it up instead of have it delivered you have to schedule an appointment, and it could take up to 25 days until you have it which is more than I`m willing to wait.
If you want to purchase it, let me explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can proceed:
To start the official transaction I need your full name and delivery address, I forward it to MoneyBookers and they will notify you with all the instructions (payment, shipping, my account status etc.). QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Q: Why don’t you receive checks directly to your address and you need me?
A: Because within three months all our customers will forward US payments to our US headquarters and we decided to find a person who can handle all our business over there. Cashing US checks over here might take up to 30 days and some of our customers will chose to make this kind of payment and we can’t afford to lose so much time.
2. Q: When do I get my share when I cash a check?
A: You will take your share instantly, as soon as you have cash in hand, you take your 12% and then send the rest of the funds to us. You will take your share as soon as you will manage to get the check cashed.
3. Q: Do I have to pay for the Western Union fees?
A: NO. Western union fees will be taken from the reminder amount after you will take your share from checks or withdrawals
4. Q: Where will I be sending the money after a check gets cleared?
A: As soon as you will have cash in hand all you have to do is to notify us via e-mail or phone and we will provide you all the instructions needed in order to complete the Western Union process.
5. Q: What information do you need from me so we can start work together
A: We will need your address, email and phone numbers where you can be reached. The address is needed so we can let our customers know where to send the checks.
6. Q: What name will appear on checks at PAYABLE TO field?
A: Checks will be made payable to you so you can cash them. This will be done until we will be able to come over there establish our business and open a business account with the company’s name on it. Making checks payable to you will not make you liable for paying any taxes to IRS. Every year we will provide forms and papers proving that you have to pay the income taxes only on the funds you will earn (12%) from this and NOT TOTAL AMOUNT you will receive.
7. Q: Who will be my main contact until one of your representatives will come over here to open new offices
A: I, Juan Alvarez, I will be your main contact and you can call me or email me at any time with any questions you might have.
8. Q: How long does it takes for the first payment from your customers to arrive to me?
A: First payment will come within 10 business days after you will provide us your contact information. We will let our customers know where to send the checks, it takes within 3 to 7 business days for the check to arrive with USPS.
9. Q: What are the amounts on the checks I will receive?
A: Check amounts are between $1,000-$2,500/each.
10. Q: Do I have to pay any taxes for the amount of the checks I will receive?
A: NO. You will only pay taxes for the money you will earn (12% from total amount). At the end of the year we will provide you all forms and papers to prove that you sent the money to us like we said.
11. Q: Will I be doing anything illegal according to the US LAWS?
A: NO! Our company is a respectable one and we just want to launch our products to the US MARKET not defrauding our employees and customers so you can rest assured that nothing is illegal.
12. Q: If I would like to be paid once a month can I do that ?
A: As soon as we will arrive over there and if you will get good feedback with us we will re-negotiate your contract and set up a monthly salary for you if this is what you want. We will also add benefits as soon as the offices are opened over there. All we have to tell you is that you will earn up to $85,000/year in any way you will choose. It will be a little harder until we will start rolling all this process but from what we estimate from our sales this will be the highest you will get in a year.
13. Q: Will your company ask me any sensitive information such as, Bank Account Numbers, Credit Card Numbers, SSN, etc. ?
A: WE WONT need any of your private information, such as SSN, Mother Maiden Name or anything. WE do not want you to believe that this is a trick in order to get your personal banking information or credit card information. We are just trying to get along and extend our services and this is why we need someone who can take care of this thing!
14. Q: Can you please explain how does the entire process works ?
A: Of course, I will use a simple example for a check of $1,000. Let’s say you agree to work with us and you email us your Name and Address where you can receive the payments from our customers. As soon as we will receive this email from you and have CONFIRMATION that you agree all our terms and conditions we forward your address to our customers in order to make the payments. Our customers will let me know as soon as payments have been sent. Most of them will use USPS as a shipping and handling and this is why it might take a little until you will receive the first check, and we won’t be able to track it, so we just have to wait. As soon as I get the confirmation from my customer that the payment has been sent I will also email you and let you know that a payment it’s on it’s way. As soon as you will get the check you have to let me know that you received it so i can also update my customer. If you will manage to get the check cleared same day this will be great and you will apply for the bonuses mentioned. Now, as soon as you have cash in hand you have to email us and we will send you an email with full instructions regarding the transfer of the funds. As soon as you will get our email, you will take your share from the total amount UP FRONT (E.G.: Check value is $1,000 you will take your share immediately ($120)) and then take all other fees for transferring the funds along with the bonus from our share that will remain.
Basically all you have to do is to check your email daily as we will keep you updated from time to time and also as soon as payments will start to come we will let you know. You can also continue with your other job if you want to along as you can handle ours too.
15. Q: I am interested, can we setup an interview regarding this position?
A: If you still have further questions try to see if you can find your answer within these ones if not please email us. Unfortunately we cannot setup any interviews now as we do not have any representatives in US. We will be able to come and meet within the next few months when the new offices will be opened in you area!
16. Q: I agree with all terms and conditions, what is the next step?
A: Email us at: alvarezj@ecommerce-websolutions.com your Name and Address where you can receive checks with the following subject: I AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE SEND CONTRACT. Also include phone numbers and email address where you can be reached. Within 24 hours after we will receive this information we will forward you a copy of the contract you have to complete, sign and fax back to us.
IMPORTANT:

We hope in a positive answer from you and if you still need further details don’t hesitate to check our website at:

Thanks for writing in to warn others. Your email with the contract was a little long for a comment, but I decided to leave it as is so others can see it. Good luck with your job search.
Moneybookers owe me $165 and refuse to give me it unless I email them a scan of my passport or bank statement. Do they think I am mad? This is illegal and they should be shiut down.
They accused me of being a business after receiving £680 in over a year from a friend.
Haven’t gone through with it yet, thank god, but here is the e-mail I got.
~
Hi,
I’m Tylor Kent, you inquired about my 2004 Acura TL.
I apologize for the delay, I’m in the military and now I am in United Kingdom and that’s why I couldn’t reply in time. If you are still interested in buying it, I’m asking $4,800. It has a clean title, very well maintained, always garage kept, no rust, excellent condition, runs and sounds 100% perfect with no leaks or noises. All power and optional equipments are working perfect.
I have to sell this car as fast as I can because in three weeks I will be in Iraq and I think I’ll stay there for a while that’s why I’m selling it so cheap. I intend to buy a new car when I’ll get back home.If you want to buy the car, I can ship for free with one of our military airplanes so you don’t have to worry about the distance. If you are interested we can use a third party escrow broker (Moneybookers http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=escrow ) to secure the transaction and to handle this whole process for us. Using a reputable E-Commerce third party escrow company will secure the transaction and you will receive the car before I’ll get paid and of course I’m also covered because the funds will be kept safety into the escrow account. This is the best way for me even if I’ll have to pay some extra money for their services. I’ll cover the broker’s fee and like I’ve explained, the shipping will be free because I can use one of our airplanes here and I don’t have to pay anything. Let me know if you are interested.
Warm regards,
Tylor
Here is the scam I got -
A car for sale on Autotrader.com, 2006 Toyota Prius for $ 7150.
(First red flag - too good to be true)
The phone number was fror a Manhattan Insurance company. I called and they said that they were getting a lot of calls about that car.
(Second red flag)
Thenk the seller answered my email - Martha Hoffman, said that she moved to London and can not register her car there (?), this is her final price and not negotiable (another red flag) and that I need to send my address, name and the phone number to them and I will be contacted by Moneybookers
THe email then came from
sales@moneybookersauctions.com
( another red flag! - wrong site name!)
Here the excerpt from that email:
The escrow process for the completion of a transaction (purchase or sale) through Internet can be done in five simple steps:
1. The buyer and the seller agree to the terms and details of the transaction.
2. The buyer sends the safe deposit to MoneyBookers verified agent. Payment is verified and deposited into a trust account.
3. MoneyBookers ships the merchandise to the buyer, knowing that the buyer’s payment is secured.
4. The buyer accepts the merchandise after having the opportunity to inspect it.
5. MoneyBookers pays the seller after all conditions of the transaction are met.
How to make the payment:
Our department require the payment to be done through WesternUnion money transfer service to our Verified Agent :
1) Click HERE to locate the nearest WesternUnion Office.
2) Make the payment for the deposit with cash using our verified MoneyBookers Agent details as receiver:
MoneyBookers Verified Agent Details:
Name: Carla G. Daffer
Street: 296 Charlton Road
City: Bristol
State: Bristol
Zip Code: BS10 6JU
Country: United Kingdom
3) Fax the WesternUnion receipt at the following fax # : +1 (267)-327-6619
- E–mail us - by replying to this e-mail - the following details from the payment receipt:
- MTCN - 10 digits number from the receipt
- Sender Name and Address
- Receiver Name (MoneyBookers Agent)
- Amount Sent
To avoid WesternUnion fees you will have to declare at the WesternUnion office that the money will be sent for a relative or friend (the transfer commission will be smaller 3~5%). For online payments, you could pay 10~12% transfer commission.
(the last and biggest red flag - Western Union money transfer - SCAM!!!!!)
Don’t be fooled!
It is 8/13 and I have been in communication via email with a woman selling a car on Autotrader at a fabulous price in today’s market.
She told me her story. Then I got an email moneybookers.
I was puzzled as to why I had to put a deposit down to see a car.
Thanks to all who shared their experiences. It has helped me decide to walk away.
This may be a legit deal that I am passing up but I believe in win-win.
If the seller is legit. We will work out a way to do the deal.
I have experienced the same scam recently to the tune of $5700USD. A Honda Pilot was advertised in NOLA.com in excellent show room condition, clear title, the whole nine. I received an email from the supposed seller stating he was in the military and currently stationed in the UK. The car was supposed to be shipped and to arrive at my address in 4-5days after confirmation of payment to escrow account received. Payment was made then all communication stopped. This is a devastating blow since the money was all I had to obtain transportation for me and my children.
This is the email I received about a Honda Pilot, unfortunately I completed the transaction and now they have my money and I have zilch!
Hi,
I’m Lance Garver, you inquired about my 2005 Honda Pilot EX-L (VIN: 2HKYF18595H553540).
I apologize for the delay, I’m in the military and now I am in United Kingdom and that’s why I couldn’t reply in time. If you are still interested in buying it, I’m asking $5,700. I intend to buy a new car when I’ll get back home. If you want to buy the car, I can ship for free within US with one of our military airplanes so you don’t have to worry about the distance. If you are interested we can use a third party escrow broker, Moneybookers (http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=escrow), to secure the transaction and to handle this whole process for us. Using a reputable E-Commerce third party escrow company will secure the transaction and you will receive the car before I’ll get paid and of course I’m also covered because the funds will be kept safety into the escrow account. I’ll cover the broker’s fee and like I’ve explained, the shipping will be free because I can use one of our airplanes here and I don’t have to pay anything. Let me know if you are interested. You can see some pics on the following link from my personal page: http://picasaweb.google.com/lgrvr1/Pilot
You’ll love the car, I can guarantee you that!
What can I do to get my money back? Who do I report this too? I want these scammers caught!
All of these things just happened to my best friend. Last week she found an add on the Houston Chronicle for a BMW z4 for only $7800. Her first reaction was this is too good to be true and she was right. The lady who supposidly lives in Scotland said that the car could not be legally registered in the UK and had to sell if fast. After sending moneybookers the first payment of $2500 they then asked for a second payment (which struck me as very very odd). Confused about the policy, my friend e-mailed the woman (who was posing as someone named paula) and asked her why she had not told her in the begining that she would need to have two payments up front, not one. Paula then replied that she was not aware of the payment policy and demanded that my friend make the second payment asap. That is the part where we realized this was most likely a scam. Everyone knows that when you are selling a car, you wanna know how your getting your money, when your getting it, and what all the policys are on recieving it. The woman surely knew that there would need to be “two” payments. So after researching Moneybookers for scams that when we knew it was confirmed that it was a total scam. These evil scammers are taking innocent peoples money with not a chance in hell of being caught. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be very careful about who you deal with, and DO NOT buy anything from someone who doesnt live in this country. Foreigners can be very hard to trust, especially when everything is done via e-mail. Dont end up like my friend who took a loan from the bank and now has nothing to show for it.
This is another version of the same scam. Car posted on nola.com.
Hello and sorry for my delay,
First of all I want to thank you for your interest for my car. I sell it at this price($4,000.00 USD) because i’m in a divorce with my husband. When the divorce will be finished this car will be my property. Now as a women i don’t need it. This car is in excellent working conditions, no scratches, flaws or any kind of damage, slightly used in 100% working and looking conditions and comes with a clear title. As I know that my current situation is pretty special I want the deal closed only through eBay’s Buyer Protection Program in order for you to be 100% protected.
If you are interested in buying it please provide me your full name and address so I can initiate the deal through eBay.
I want wait your answer very soon(if you are interested to buy).
bhayes I would contact the FBI. DO not take no from the FBI agents you speak with. This is not just an isolated incident. These scammers are bilking Americans. More than a few Americans I am sure. There is a definite pattern here.
Mike You and I had dealings with the same Martha Hoffman. I have not heard from her since I asked to see the car first.
I filed reports with the FBI ( they have an internet crime reporting website), local police, the attourney general for my state, but that’s it. IF ANYBODY READS THIS BLOG BEFORE LOSING MONEY, PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE AND TRY AND ARRANGE FOR THE THIEF TO BE CAUGHT WHEN THEY PICK UP YOUR MONEY TRANSFER!! if you notify western union security department before you send the money you can work something out. PLEASE SOMEBODY CATCH THESE BASTARDS!
I also filed a report with Western Union (in a addition to the above reports)
omg.. the same thing happened to me with the women who was selling the bmw z3 convertable. it’s on autotrader. i thought it was too good to be true. i received the email from them from moneybookers with all the information. i went to western union to put the money. i came back and spoke with my sister about what i did. she asked me if i think it’s a scam. i wasn’t thinking about a scam. then i went to look up the address of the buyer and it was to a place that sells fireplaces. i thought there is no way. i looked up the other address for the agent and there was no such address. i went back to western union and got my money back just in time. thank god i looked at this website. it sucks ppl can be be like this. i don’t think i will ever buy a anything online again. if i can’t see the car and test drive the car i won’t have anything to do with that person.
Thanks, guys. You’ve saved me from a world of hurt:
Car posted on Autotrader.com was, to use the quotes I’ve seen here, “too good to be true”. To wit:
“Hi there,
If you are interested in my car you should know that the car is as good as new, it has never been wrecked or damaged, the car is in excelent condition. The total price that I ‘m asking for the car including shipping and insurance fees will be $3,170.00USD. The car is absolutely perfect, it has a clear title, has never been repaired, never been involved in any type of accident or had any paint or body work done! I live in Scotland now, where European specs are different from the American ones and it costs me too much driving this car legally here and also there is nobody interested in buying it here that’s why I am selling it so cheap hoping to find a buyer since the car is located in Denver, CO at Moneybookers company. I would like to use MoneyBookers Shipping Department a third party service to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort. (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address and I will open a case and they will contact you with all the informations about our deal.
Thank you
Susan Newell”
Strangely, the misspelling at the end was my first “red flag.” The hotmail account didn’t help. Then I googled you folks. Thanks again, and I’d acccept any suggestions you might have as to who I shoud report this to.
At this point there is no crime. But I think it is fair to say if you send them money, you will not see the car or your money ever again.
I would contact the vendor where the ad was posted. They do not want fraudulent transactions. Otherwise honest people will not go to their web site.
I would contact the FBI and inform them.I understand they have an internet fraud section.
Tell your story.
I almost went through with my deal until I asked to see the car BEFORE I did anything. Then the people stopped responding. If it is too good to be true it is.
If Honest people shine the light of truth it may drive these ‘rats’ back into the darkness. The reason these schemes and scams work is because people do not think or question.
I’m sorry to hear that you guys got scam, but you saved me from the same faith. I seen a car on craigslist and as you all have stated it just sounded to good to be true. The person stated that he was in Scottland and Moneybooker would contact me for the purchase. I’m a military man and I work hard for my money. I like to just say thank you all for your wisdom.God bless!! Oh by the way this is the person that contacted me(raycharles89@hotmail.com)
Thank god I read this site. I was getting ready to get scammed by the same deal with a BMW X5 and a price tag that was too good to be true. the scammers even email you back with the moneybookers logo on their site and a live chat representative. I was about to go and seposit the money with western union but then I thought it odd that i kpt asking the seller for her phone # (marianne platt is her name) and she gave me some fax # in NY. I also notice that the email didnt originate from moneybookers.com. They give you a real vin# and everything. Dont fall for it. I want to catch them. the woman still thinks I’m on my way to western union.
i think this car on autotrader.com sounds like a scam. a 2001 toyota celica for $2170 from somebody in scotland?? too good to be true. so im not going to bother with it. i’ve seen to many shows on tv about those foreign scams where they used fake names and addresses.
yes heres the email from a “judith carrick” in Scotland.
Hello again ,
Thank you for geting back to me in such short notice with the required informations.
I want to bring to your atention that any transaction I close is recorded by MoneyBookers, they will insure this transaction and we are protected by MoneyBookers. They already know about this transaction between us, and they must contact you with all the necessary informations you might need about our deal as soon as i will forward them your data’s.Due to the strict policies of webmaster SPAM filters, you may not receive the Invoice from MoneyBookers in your Inbox. Please check your ‘SPAM’ box too from your email address in order to complete the transaction.
I will ship it immediately, and it will be delivered to you in max 3 days.
After you receive the car you will have 10 days to test drive it and verify it. If you are not completely satisfied with the car upon inspection you have absolutely no obligation to buy.
Let me know after you will receive the Invoice from MoneyBookers.
Thank you for your time and kindness.
Judith Carrick
i guess they think that by using women’s names all the time that it will be more believeable but its not. plus they only showed 1 picture on autotrader.com, who’s gonna believe that? this site saved me 2000 sumthing dollars. we should catch them!
I too came across a BMW Z3 and it was too good to be true after receiving an email from Helen Atwood@hotmail.com. She stated that she was in Scotland and the car will need to be shipped.
Strange thing about shipping, it cost $850 to ship a car halfway across USA and there is no way you can sell a car at a loss. This is a total scam.
Sorry I misspelled the scammer’s email address. It is from Helen Allwood helen.allwood@hotmail.com. Don’t fall for something that is too good to be true. Check the eBay listing for the selling prices for these cars. They will give you an idea of how much the car is worth and spot a scam quickly.
Boy, i glad I saw this site for scams. I got the same scam on AutoTrader. it is still there 9/1/08. i expect to receive a call at any time now. Sorry for all the ones that have sent money to these thieves. Don’t make me a King for one day, I’ll chop their fingers off and won’t feel bad and then take their rights away.
By the way. I don’t know if this will help but it’s the only email address that I could find on Moneybookers. I sent the email that I have hoping someone will respond with concerns.
privacy@moneybookers.com
“suggest usig personalised ID locks on their pages, as Yahoo does.”
I searched on the web for details about “personalized ID locks” and found no results. Can someone explain me what is. Thank you very much for taking time answering.
I thought it was odd they asked I send money to an agent vs. opening an account.
Looking for a moneybook car scam got info:

Don’t fall for it…
I got this e-mail, fom a bike advertised on Craiglist:
Hi,
the bike is still available, it’s in great condition, has been properly maintained, has never been laid down or abused in any way. It has a clear title and the price I`m selling it for is $3000, which is including all charges.
I used to live in Edgewood but I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be moving here permanently within the next few months and I can`t afford the luxury of taking the bike with me so I decided to let it go.
I`m using a third party company called MoneyBookers LTD. to sell this bike, I left it at their warehouse before leaving to the UK. They are supervising the entire sale process from payment, shipping with a 14-day inspection period, returns (if needed) and refunding.
If you want to purchase it, let me know and I will explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can move forward.
I will be waiting your email.
Thanks
Why not forward all communication to UK police and have them check out the person’s information (recieved for the Western Union) and tell the UK police you will help cooperate with them to catch the criminals in their country. Email the person a “fake” Western Union copy and tell them where you sent their “fake” money and when it should be there and have the UK police waiting to lock them up. If anything at all, have the UK police check the “fake” agent’s name and address and to catch the person. I hope the UK police force can do better than the US police and FBI combined. If anything at all, do your own research, get a flight to the UK, and go beat up that person that scammed you. (The last part was a joke.)
I wanted to buy a bike on craigslist ($2250) but a steal for a bike of this caliper. I was listed an local in San Francisco, but as it turns out it’s the SAME scam you are all speaking of. As they say, “If it’s too good to be true….it is”. Here’s the email.
From Andrew Barnett,
Hi,
The bike is in perfect cosmetic condition, has never been dropped or damaged in any way and the price I`m selling it for is $2250, which is including all shippings charges.
I used to live in San Francisco but I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be moving here permanently within the next few months and I decided the bike is one of the things I`m not taking with me.

I got the same scam on Autotrader.ca. Here’s the Email
“Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding my car. If you are interested in it you should know that it has never been wrecked or damaged, the car is in excelent condition. The total price I’m asking will be $5,000.00 CAD. The car is absolutely perfect, it has a clear title, has never been repaired, never been involved in any type of accident or had any paint or body work done! I would like to use Moneybookers, a third party service, to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me the buyer’s name and shipping address, I’ll open a case and they will contact you with all the informations about our deal.” Signed Joyce Clifford Denton (joyceclifforddenton@hotmail.com) This is the second time I’ve run into this and it’s much less tempting this time than it was the first. Hope this helps

*******BEWARE******
THANK GOD! I just been contacted by TWO scammers!! One “military man” in the UK who has a 2005 White VW Jetta on Craigslist; and a 1999 BMW 5-Series on Autotrader. And I ALMOST sent them money on the BMW. This site is priceless! Sorry to find I can’t get the car but perfectly happy to keep my money!
Wow I have to thank you guys… With out this site I would of been scamed by the same person as Marcya. A Mrs. Marianne Platt. She Poster a 2003 BMW 330CI for $5500.00 on Autotrader.ca in Ontario. But whenever I asked questions about this vehicle she always tipped toed her way around the answers and always directed me to the MoneyBookers people and I even used the online representative but everything just seemd to fishy. She doesnt know I know yet but I will make sure to catch this women.
Cheers to all,
Erik
thank you all for posting your stories on here! My husband and I have been looking on local auto sites for good used cars at reasonable prices. We noticed a posting yesterday for a 2005 Honda Accord EX Sedan with only 32,000 miles and for only $5,400. We were ecstatic but hestiant, and we contacted the seller. He responded with IDENTICAL emails (word for word) to the ones above on this forum, posted by users bhayes and Matt cg. The person used the name “Kevin Matson”. They have been emailing back and forth with me today about purchasing the vehicle. I am SO GLAD that we decided to investigate before going further!!! Upon reading this forum, I immediately contacted the auto forum on which the listing was posted. (It appears that the listing is no longer on there…I hope that means the con artist was discovered, and not that some poor person has bought into it.) Is there anything else I need to do, or anyone else I need to contact?
And, again, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for putting your stories on here–it prevented me from being conned!
Brittany
This is an e-mail that I received form the same person MARCYA received a email from and I actually looked up a BMW 2003 and asked couple of questions and this is the e-mail that she sent me!!!! (COULD THIS BE A SCAM)???!!! I sent her an e-mail asking her more info about MONEYBOOKERS and she has not respond….
Hi there,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding my car. If you are interested in it you should know that it has never been wrecked or damaged, the car is in excelent condition. The total price that I’m asking including shipping and insurance fees will be $7,500.00 USD. The car is absolutely perfect, it has a clear title, has never been repaired, never been involved in any type of accident or had any paint or body work done! I live in England now, where European specs are different from the American ones and it costs me too much driving it legally here and also there is nobody interested in buying it here that’s why I am selling so cheap hoping to find a buyer since the car is located in US. I would like to use Moneybookers, a third party service, to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me the buyer’s name and shipping address, I will open a case and they will contact you with all the informations about our deal.

He said we should do the transaction with moneybookers. I then got an email from moneybookers which looked very legit but it wasnt. that suck he got my money that i work so hard for i hope he dies in hell freeking basterd.

I ALMOST got scammed. Here’s the latest bait:
I’m Tylor Kent, you inquired about my 2004 Acura TL.
I apologize for the delay, I’m in the military and now I am in United Kingdom and that’s why I couldn’t reply in time. If you are still interested in buying it, I’m asking $4,800. It has a clean ti tle, very well maintained, always garage kept, no rust, excellent condition, runs and sounds 100% perfect with no leaks or noises.

Hey all, I am glad I saw these testimonies since I am currently in communication with what seems to be a scammer.
romasmunsey@hotmail.com is selling a 2006 Honda S2000 for 4400$ (sounds nice eh) on Kijiji.ca. I emailed him expecting him to tell me that the list price was wrong..but instead he wanted to move ahead with the sale since he was a serious and fair seller. He told me he moved to Osol, Sweden for his job and that his car is in Vancouver, crated and ready to be shipped at his expense. He says he worked for 1st MOVE INTERNATIONAL in Vancouver.
On the second email he wanted my contact info so HE could open up a moneybookers account and begin the transaction. I never sent him my info, instead started asking him more questions and eventually taking over the deal. I most recently opened up a moneybookers account and have informed him that I am initiating the sale, AS THE BUYER SHOULD.
I suspect this will put him in a corner and he’ll bail out of the deal. If not he’ll have to be a slick MoFo to scam ME out of any money on my terms.
Ears open….
I have found a scammer too.
They were on craigslist trying to sell a bike for a good price. Here’s his email in reply of my possible interest in purchasing his bike…
Hi,
the bike is in great condition, has been properly maintained, has never been laid down or abused in any way. It has a clear title and the price I`m selling it for is $3100, which is including all charges.
I used to live in Maize, KS but I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be moving here permanently within the next few months and I can`t afford the luxury of taking the bike with me so I decided to let it go.
Thanks
BE CAREFULL!!!
Hey guys, I am in the middle of such a transaction now.
It would be childs play to catch these guys picking up the funds if MoneyGram cooperates with you or the Authorities in question.
Down below is the contact information that I was given for sending 5000 to MoneyBookers certified representative - who by the way is also the seller of the vehicle.
1) Click HERE to locate the nearest MoneyGram Office.
2) Make the payment for the deposit using our verified Moneybookers Representative details as receiver:

The website is http://www.experiencemission.org it is a mission organization , i left the country with a mission in UK , i raise founds in local churches to buy food , clothes and medicament’s so we can help the children’s in our missions from poor countries. I really want to find a good and responsible tenant for it and i was hoping if you can send me some informations about yourself. Hi,
There are 690 miles on it, the quad is in great condition, it has been properly maintained, never been abused in any way. It has clear title and the price I’m selling it for is $2500 which is including all the shipping charges.

Hi ,
The quad is stored in Lake Charles (at MoneyBookers official location). When i handed the quad to MoneyBookers i mentioned that it’s available only for delivery to the address i will forward them , i also paid all the shipping charges.
If you want to purchase it, let me explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can proceed:
To start the official transaction, I need your full name and shipping address.
As soon as I receive your info, I will forward it to MoneyBookers, they will start the transaction and notify you with all the instructions (payment, shipping, my account status etc.) One of their agents will be assigned to handle the payment. You will have a 14-day return policy, so you will have the chance to test and inspect the quad and decide either you keep it or not. If you decide to keep it, they have the power of attorney so they will transfer the title into your name and release me the funds, if not they will be responsible for the return shipping and you will have a complete refund within 3 days.
Anyway, they will explain you detailed the entire process.
I am waiting your email.
Thanks

My reply:
“Perfect! My uncle lives there and will go to the warehouse to take care of payment and pickup. He will be down here in 2 weeks and can bring it to me.
Let me know the address of Moneybookers official location and we will take care of the payment today!”

Damn scammers.. I wish there was something that could actually be done to catch them.
if u come acrosss martha hoffman dont trust her shees a scam artist
Glad I found this site. Backhoe was listed on craigslist for Akron, OH. Again…”too good to be true” After I responded to the add, with much interest, I got a reply, stating that the finances would be taken of through moneybookers. I was unfamiliar with them..so with research came across this site. I have had several email contacts with “Katy” but I’ve stated that i would bring the money to her since I don’t live far from her location. Again, she responded with a very impersonal reply, again stating dealing with moneybookers…reuqesting all the above info mentioned by everyone else. I found it funny a phrase..”so we can move fwd” seem odd, and it was noted in others comments here too. This lady was in the process of divorce, and not living in the UK. buyers beware.

Hi,
the ATV is in great condition, has been properly maintained and never been flipped or wrecked. It has a clear title and the price I`m selling it for is $2700, which is including all shippings charges.
I live in Philadelphia but I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be staying here for the next approximately 7 months, anyway I`m using MoneyBookers services so I can sell this ATV without difficulty. I left it at their warehouse before leaving to the UK. They will take care of the delivery with a 14-day return policy so you will have the chance to test and inspect it before final decision.
If you want to purchase it, let me know and I will explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can move forward.

Thank God for sites like this. I almost sent $1000 to a guy supposedly in Oregon for a car I found on Craig’s List. It had pictures and was said to be in mint condition. A 2000 Chevy Camaro in mint condition for $1000? The ad said the car was local here in south Florida, but when I told him I wanted to see it, he said the car was in Oregon and he would pay the shipping costs to send it all the way across the country after I paid on Moneybookers.com He said he would give me 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep it, and if I didn’t he would pay to have it shipped back to Oregon, and all I’d have to do is request a refund from Moneybookers. Da!
I almost got scammed too, these bastards are getting tricky and I can see why people are falling for it. The guy I emailed actually took it one step further and explained that even though the quad I was looking at was in the states he was in the UK on a Missions trip, helping poor needing children! Can you believe that!??! What is the world coming too, pretending your a Christian Missonary and stealing money from people!!
I was looking at a quad for $3000 which was an amazing deal and yet again too good to be true and it had to paid through moneybookers and the same story, he left it at there warehouse. Which I have read is non-exsistent.
I can’t believe how low people are getting. PLEASE read before you try to buy anything through money bookers, it’s a waste of time and a SCAM!!!!
to good to be true. this one was on craigs list. 2 different people doing the same scam thru moneybookers.

Hello,
The bike is still for sale with a clear title. It’s in excellent condition never been down or dropped,no mechanical problems and never been involved in an accident. This beauty is very well kept,I mean only in my own garage,it has no scratches, all parts are original. As you’ve probably already seen on my auction I decided to lower the price, to avoid wasting time with negotiations and find a buyer as soon as possible.I must tell you that I had to move to London,United Kingdom one month ago with my work and I took the bike with me hoping to drive it here as well. Here I had an unpleasant surprise because the bike is an US model and to pay the registration here in Europe, to pass all the emissions and standards and many other would be quite expensive and nobody would do it. I have tried to sell it locally but it was not successfully. That is why I am trying to sell the bike back in USA, there will be no further problems because the bike passes US emissions standards and DOT & EPA as long as it has been purchased in US space.
If you are interested please reply asap.Shipping takes 8-10 day and it’s included in the price.
Thank you for your time.
Respectfully,
Matthew

Over the last two weeks i have gotten at least 8 different emails like this from different motorcycles (craigslist & cycletrader). They all want to ship through a third party service “for both our protection”. Some even have fake ebay pages. WATCH OUT FOR THIS! If they email you an invite to a “private ebay sale”, call ebay. They will tell you it is fake. Physically see the vehicle before you pay. If it is too good to be true and you havent seen it, dont buy it
thank god for insomnia I was just in the middle of a transaction for a 3000gt vr-4 that was “too good to be true” with the same MO as most of your stories. I just got approved for the loan and couldn’t sleep so I figured I’d see if I could dig up anything on moneybookers glad I took the time
I have read some of your comments and it seems the scam artist is still out there. Here are some emails I just recieved from the scammer just today Oct 12, 2008
I had the same email. I was interested in this 2005 Chevy Avalanche, the person was selling it for $6,500 and those trucks should cost around $15,000 or so, so I thought it was fishy from the beginning. I saw the ad on http://www.AutoTrader.com Here are the emails I recieved from the fake seller:
From: melinda_mulligan96@hotmail.com
Hello,
Thank you for your interest about my car. Sorry for the delayed response, but I’m in Glasgow (Scotland) right now and I have been very busy. The total price of the 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche is $6,500.00USD . THIS IS MY LAST PRICE. I’ll not negociate the price. The car is registered and located in United States. I want to keep the car for me, but I cannot register it here, as it is made for the USA market, according to US standards. So, I decided to sell it.
A few words about the car:
-2005 Chevrolet Avalanche
-Mileage: 22,706
-Automatic
-Title is clean.
-Engine: ENGINE, VORTEC 5300 V8 SFI FLEX-FUEL
-Exterior: Silver
-Interior: Gray
-VIN#: 3GNEK12Z45G274794
The car is like new, in perfect conditions, accident free, no scratches, no special marks, no need for additional repairs what so ever. A genuine road runner ready to be yours, but only if you shall understand and you won’t make me loose time as it has already happened to me.
If you have any question please don’t hesitate to reply.
Thank you again for your interest.
From: melindamulligan4@gmail.com
Hello,
As I told you in my first e-mail, I am in Scotland, United Kingdom with my work. Before leaving US I had prearranged the deal with http://www.MoneyBookers.com so my presence in US isn’t necessary. The car is in their warehouse ready for delivery. You have 10 days to test and inspect the car. So if you want to make this deal I need the following details from you:
*Full name and address
*Shipping address
*Phone #
After I will have all this details I will forward them to MoneyBookers and I will proceed the order. MoneyBookers will contact you with all the details that you need to complete this deal and also to see that i am covered by them and that I am legit seller.
Waiting your email with the requested details.
Regards!
DON’T FALL FOR ONE OF THESE SCAMS AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T SEND MONEY ANYWHERE WITHOUT SEEING/TEST DRIVING THE CAR IN PERSON FIRST! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT PROBABLY IS!!! LUCKILY I AM NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO FALL FOR THIS AND SEND MY MONEY OFF IN CYBERSPACE TO WHO KNOWS WHO!
This scam is still going strong. Moneybookers isn’t even a real business, it IS the scam!
Here’s a possible scamster using moneybookers to facilitate his fraud:
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/msg/876513689.html
The ad doesn’t mention moneybookers - that only comes up when the ad is responded to. Here’s the post I put on craigslist in response to what I believe is a fraud:
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/msg/877933542.html
It looks like the typical Nigerian-style swindle. For those who are unfamiliar with this instrument, a Gibson L-5 is very expensive, and a 1929 model is extraordinarily rare.
Good luck to everyone.
I have been corresponding with somebody whoclaims to be in Scotland selling a 2007 Suburban for $9000 that is worth $30K.
Same scam.
Thanks for this site. I’ve never heard of Money Bookers till now and saw all this. I knew the ad was a scam and wanted to know who Money Bookers are. This scammer is trying to sell a 04 JD tractor for 4200.00. They don’t sell this cheap!
As far as authorities, you can contact IC3, SBi, FBI, Money Bookers, Money Gram but…… don’t really expect any results. On Aug 20, 2008 I got scammed for 3900.00 for a tractor I was going to buy for my husband so I know what they can and can not do. My revenge, I jerked a scammer just last week on another tractor, led him on for about 2 weeks, finally got tired and told him I had reported him to the people I listed above and they had him (he doesn’t know any different)
Spread the word, NEVER SEND MONEY TO A INDIVIDUAL VIA ANY MEANS !
Thank goodness for this website…we also received the same e=mail from tylor kent in the uk. How can we stop these unscrupulous people.
Donna wrote on May 12 2008:

Okay, So I am looking for a motorcycle on C-list, Emailing away. Two things that really are making me mad are; I am getting on spam list relatively quick and scammer trying to trick me. I am mad enough to do something about it. First off we should NOT have to worry about be scammed or spammed BUT we do. These A** holes are going to ruin it for everyone. My solutions.
1. This sight is VERY helpful in avoiding getting on spam list. by using this free site http://www.yopmail.com/en/ they send email to that address and you can check it, very hard to explain.
2. Report theses scammers. Get them arrested. I am stringing them along and am in contact with the FBI. we pay taxes to be protected, they need to start working on this…
Total Scam! Moneybookers and Craigslist. Don’t send money on a bike if you can’t see it in person, or you are a dumb*hit.
Hi again,
The tractor is already at the shipping company in Salt Lake City, UT sealed and ready for the shipping. I have a contract with Money Bookers so this deal must go through them. According with Money Bookers you have 15 days from the time you receive the tractor to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not (not your case). I will ship it from here on my expense through USHIP.
Here is how our deal works:
1.First of all I will need the following details from you: Full Name- Shipping Address.
2. After I will receive the details from you, I will forward them to Money Bookers.
3. After they will process your info, they will send us both invoices. The invoice will send you the details on how to make a refundable payment.
4. Money Bookers will contact me and I will ship the tractor to you.
After you receive the tractor you will have 15 days to test, verify and do whatever you need to the tractor. If you will keep it, then I will receive the payment from Money Bookers. If you wish to make the transaction, please send me the necessary info so that we can proceed.
Thank You,
Jessica Ballough

“Hey Bruce,Wow! The UK huh….big move. Anyways, it sounds good so far, but you stated the price is including all shipping charges and I live here next to Phoenix. What would be the price without the shipping charges since the bike does not have to be shipped? If the price is right and the bike is in good shape then let’s move on. One more thing, I would like to see the bike before purchasing and at least hear it running. Is that possible?”
« Hi again, The bike is stored in Las Cruces (at MoneyBookers storage facility). Usually they deliver the product with a 14-day return policy right after the payment is confirmed, for inspection and pick up prior to delivery you have to schedule an appointment, and it could take up to 25 days until you have it which is more than I`m willing to wait.

Thank you for everyone who gave their story and other info that prevented me from falling prey to this scam.
I’m currently trying to get additional info from a woman in UK advertising a 2006 Nissan Xterra for $5500. Name of seller is Kristi Loffer, kristiloffer@yahoo.com. Comments of vehicle condition and circumstances forcing the sale are very similar to others posted here. Everything looked legit until I saw she wants me to send the money through Western Union, not a Moneybookers account.
Same is true with me. I came across with the BMW 5X ad in local newspaer ( atlanta Journal classified used car ). Actually I have contacted 2 people , but thankGod, they did not reply me back for my further questions on VIN # and other details.
Here are those 2 replies from those scammers I.from: Suzanne Wellin
Hi there,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding my car. If you are interested you should know that it has never been wrecked or damaged, the car is in excelent condition. All the manuals, clear title and the original documentation come along with the car. The total price that I ‘m asking for the car including shipping and insurance fees will be $4,000.00 USD. I am right now located in Glasgow, Scotland with my work for some time but we can work this out since the car is located in USA at Moneybookers Company!
I would like to use aa third party service to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort. Moneybookers offers a third party service for their premium members only. As a Moneybookers premium member I have applied for this service and I’m willing to pay for their fee if you agree using their service. If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address, and I will open a case at Moneybookers and they will contact you with all the information about our deal(they will take care of the shipping/payment).
Just let me know and I’ll get back to you with further details about the transaction.

Suzanne

Hi there,
If you are interested in my car you should know that the car is as good as new, it has never been wrecked or damaged, the car is in excelent condition, it has a clear title. The total price that I ‘m asking for the car including shipping and insurance fees will be $3,600.00 USD. I am selling it so cheap hoping to find a buyer since the car is located in USA at Moneybookers company and I live in Scotland. I know the price is cheaper then normal on the market but I want to sell the car faster then usually and I assume that a lower price will be a good solution. I would like to use Moneybookers a third party service to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address and I will open a case at Moneybookers and they will contact you with all the information about our deal.
Thank you,

.
I, too, am glad I checked here as I was about to purchase a guitar from a guy saying he’s in London, the guitar’s in Sydney etc etc… What tipped me off was checking the address of the so-called agent:
Thomas Benks
180 Brockley Road
London
SE4 2RR
United Kingdom
…which turned out to be a used car dealership! And what’s more, the above agent address was used in another scam, see http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=319171
So I now know that it is definitely not to be trusted. Also the seller’s name seemed dubious: Melvin Ramadan. Sounded made up or something. I will report this to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and gumtree.com.au (where the ad is placed) and moneybookers in the hope that no one else gets actually scammed.
Thanks to all for sharing–I was corresponding with one of these shysters about an Audi A4 listed on mlive.com, a site of all michigan classifies. I wrote back and told him that I would be using the moneybook site directly and setting up an escrow payment–haven’t heard from him, and don’t think I will.
thanks so much for the info regarding the car scams. i too had a guy from Scotland saying the same stuff…please. i found the car on sellmycar.com
thanks again guys.
Dear Sire.
There is problem with my account, I have set 11,50e in order to sifte into account of skype. When I am trying to move te money from monebooker to skype, it ask everytime the password fot the e-mil eddere above. The have been some mistake and the real addres to my e -mai is in valid: pulkkinenrekki@yahoo.com.
Will you infor me about the cace becourse the money in now locked in your bank.
I am going through the same thing right now, although fortunately I came here first and didn’t deliver any money. My e-mail is word for word like the one listed above except they are in London instead of Scotland. Thank you for all the information.
Guess these guys are hard at work. I am looking for a specific motorcycle and signed up for a service that provides daily listings (if any) alerting me a new listing came out. I receive a listing that was not for my specific model but the price was attractive so I replied and received the same message I read above about the bike being stored in Austin and everythng was being handled through Moneybookers. First I checked Moneybookers and I did not see any place where you could purchase a vehicle through them… why do they take things into inventory if you can’t purchase them from their site? — RED FLAG #1. I asked several questions on different e-mails including confirmation for an appointment to see the bike in Austin and the contact information for Moneybookers. I received the same e-mail I aleady had received. This made me wary — RED FLAG #2. I decided not to purchase the bike as I could not see it unless I sent money. Here is the ad so hopefully others won’t fall for it.

Just received another fraudulent email….
Hi,
the ATV is in great condition, has been properly maintained and has never been flipped or wrecked. It has a clear title and the price I`m selling it for is $3000, which is including all charges.
I used to live in Ferndale but I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be moving here permanently within the next few months and I can`t afford the luxury of taking the ATV with me so I decided to let it go.
Thanks
I was just emailed this morning and was thinking it was too good to be true, but when I asked to see the car, it all of a sudden was somewhere else, thats when I decided to do some research before I sent any money, since I have not sent any money yet I would like to help catch them who should I contact? Here is the email I just received…. from diana.weller@hotmail.com
Hi there,
The car is in perfect working condition, it doesn’t have any dents, chips or scratches and the interior is in like new condition, never smoked in.
All the maintenance done on a regular basis and I have all the service records for it. It’s accident-free and has a clean and clear title.
The total price that I ‘m asking for the car including shipping will be $2,860.00. I am selling it so cheap hoping to find a buyer since the car is located in Provo, UT at MoneyBookers and I live in Scotland. I would like to use MoneyBookers Shipping Department a third party service to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort. (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address, phone# and I will open a case and they will contact you with all the informations about our deal.
Thank you
Diana
I just got 2 scams in a row not falling for any of them I’ll post the examples so people can identify the scam:
Hello,
>
Thank you for your interest about my car. Sorry for the delayed response, but I’m in Glasgow (Scotland) right now and I have been very busy. The car is registered and located in United Stat
VIN#WBAEK13466CN76202
The car is like new, in perfect conditions, accident free, no scratches, no special marks, no need for additional repairs what so ever. A genuine road runner ready to be yours, but only if you shall understand and you won’t make me loose time as it has already happened to me.
___________
hello, the car is in Bismark, ND and will be shipped from here on my expenses inside US
As i told you in my last email we will use eBay Safe Pay to manage the payment because it’s the safest way for both of us .eBay Safe Pay is responsible to insure that both parties comply to transaction requirements, both parties must submit proof of payment/delivery presented in a legal form (payment/delivery receipt) by the registered payment/delivery service used. You will have to send payment by a bank transfer to eBay ($ 10,900).They will hold the funds until you receive the vehicle and also test it !!!
As soon as you’ll complete the payment ,the shipping will start using DAS Auto Shippers.
It will take no more then 7 days to arrive at your home address.( I’ll pay the shipping). I offer 10 days for inspection, during this time,if the vehicle isn’t like i described you will get all the founds you sent to eBay.
Shipping back to my location will be paid by me,again.
I believe this guy is trying to scam me. He posted a travel trailer on craigslist in cnj then says he lives in Chicago. See the below email. Can you verify whether this is a legit offer. Is Moneybrokers handling the sales and shipping of this trailer.

Hello
Because i am not in town i have some business to make and i need to sell quick the camper, i let the camper at moneybooker and they will take care about the shipping.
I attached you some photos.
If you want to purchase it, let me explain you how MoneyBookers works and how we can proceed:
To start the official transaction, I need your full name and shipping address.
As soon as I receive your info, I will forward it to MoneyBookers, they start the transaction and will notify you with all the instructions (payment, shipping, my account status etc.) One of their agents will be assigned to receive and handle the payment. You have to make the payment to the bank account they will provide you with and when the payment is complete, you have to send them the transfers information, they verify it and will take care of the delivery. You will have a 14-day return policy, so you will have the chance to inspect the camper and decide either you keep it or not. If you decide to keep it, they will release me the funds, if not they will be responsible for the return shipping and you will have a complete refund within 3 days.
Anyway, they will explain you detailed the entire process.
I am waiting your email.
Thanks

My husband and I are going through bankruptcy (at only 23/27, we were young and stupid) we are trying to do things right, and not start with debt again. We were searching for a vehicle for me to rive to and from school, and are planing on using our income tax return, $2000.00. i found this car, 2001 Honda Civic, with 65K+ miles on it, for 1950.00 WOW!, so I showed my husband and he said there either has to be something wrong with the car, or its wrong. I emailed the seller, and recived this email.
Hi there,
The car is in perfect working condition, it doesn’t have any dents, chips or scratches and the interior is in like new condition, never smoked in.
All the maintenance done on a regular basis and I have all the service records for it. It’s accident-free and has a clean and clear title.

I also found a 2001 Volvo S60 that was in good milage, and a good price. This is the email (same day, and time responded)
Hi there,
If you are interested in my car you should know that the car is as good as new, it has never been wrecked or damaged, the car is in excelent condition, it has a clear title. The total price that I ‘m asking for the car including shipping and insurance fees will be $2,000.00 USD. The car is located in USA at Moneybookers company and I live in Scotland.
Thank you,
Fred
I have sent and required over 15 vehicles online, and I am waiting to see how many come back with these same responses. i am going to school for Criminal Justice, and maybe i can use some connectins with instructors to catch these guys. I have asked to pick the car up and avoid shipping fees, and the wait, and that i would like to pay in person, but I have not had any response.
Thank God I searched for scams.
I nearly got scammed in Australia, i was in the process of buying concert tickets for $600. the seller said that if i sent my name and address to him, he would give the details to moneybookers and they would email me back with how to pay etc.. Sure enough they did, an email came from moneybookers-transactions@live.com that looked very official. The email told me to go to the closest western union office and send the 600 to :
First name: Nick
Second name: Estep
Address: 70, Saracen Street
City/Suburb: London
Zip code: E14 6HW
Country: United Kingdom
So i did, i was about 2 seconds away from sending the money when i was told of a $50 fee. i Hesitated and went home to see if there was another method of payment. the seller said he would pay the fee and reduce the price of tickets to $550.. This seemed dodgy, so i googled moneybookers scams and found this website, i also emailed moneybookers and they sent me this back:
Thank you for contacting Moneybookers Customer Support.
We can confirm that the e-mail messages received earlier has nothing to do with Moneybookers at all.
We do also confirm that those messages were a scam, which intended to steal personal and financial information from Moneybookers customers (since the pointed transaction ID is not a legit Moneybookers transaction ID number, along with the fact that we do not use the services of other payment providers such as Western Union, Money Gram, etc.).
Thankfully i saved myself $600 but i feel many many other will get caught out through this same scam..
the emails came from a “Thomas Martin” using email address lovecarsw@yahoo.com.
I post this is the hope no-one else gets scammed in this way!
Unfortunately they got me before i found all of these postings. How do we deal with this problem? Local authorities can only go so far and do so much to help us out. What can we do to get our money back from these scammers? catch them in more and lure them in. Email me if anyone is willing to try to find more of them and take action against these scam artists. Let’s end what should not have started.
I am SO glad that I viewed this site today. I was about to be the victim of this very scam. I was recently laid off from my job, and am now in the process of finding an inexpensive cash car. I found a 2005 Honda Accord Coupe on sellmycar.com with very low miles, and priced to sell at $5700. Yesterday I sent a message to the owner via the site inquiring about the car, and why it had not sold considering it had been posted since 12/18, and was selling for less than half its current Blue Book value. When I saw the instructions to do the deal through Moneybook, which I’d never heard of before today, I became a little suspicious, and decided to investigate further. I happened onto this site, and found a posting with almost word for word to the response that was sent back to me from a Laurie Klein. She claims to have lost her job, and had to move back in with her parents in London. She has to sell everything for far less than its worth including her car. I see now that this is a huge scam so thanks so much all of you for your postings. When I saw the following post from mozemoose Aug 19, 2008 at 4:55 pm, it left no doubt in my mind as to the validity of the offer, so I’m posting the response that was sent to me in the event it helps others:
WOW!!!! My son almost got scammed by a woman in Scotland selling a 2003 Nissan Maxima for only 2190.00 Same thing car is in great condition, low miles, no dents, scratches, ect… Money Bookers would handle the transaction. It sounded to good to be true, so we searched Money Bookers and found this site. THANK YOU for saving my son from being scammed.
Hello there. Well I was about to buy tomorrow a car which seemed to good to be true in price and I’m glad I found this site. They jusst sent me 5 minutes ago an invoice asking for a 15,000 deposit. The car is 23,000 and valued at close to 38,000 online. Story is that she is in Spain right now and some moving company called World Safe Shipping has the car and will ship it after my deposit. I offered to call her in Spain but she said she didn’t have a number yet because she just arrived there for her job. Her name, or the name she’s using is Jeniffer Ambers. Anyone ran accross that name before?
I would encourage everyone to leave at least an email and name of the person that was trying to scam you so we can get a pattern on this fother muckers!
WOW!!! I was just about to purchase an automobile through moneybookers, but could not rest for some reason. Thank God for relationship. I got up early this morning to look at this deal again because the ad said the car was in Richmond, VA, but the seller said the car was in Utah. This did not sit well with me, so I replied and asked the seller exactly where the car was located….no response as of yet, but Thanks to the Holy Spirit not allowing me to rest concerning this and the information shared I saved my family finances that we did not have to throw away. Here is a copy of the email sent to me. I hope somone somehow can put a stop to this madness, IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!!

In my opinion, is a scam. The Attorney General
listed them as a fictitious business in 2002. They still are.
I sent some money allegedly to their agent in . the bank in question has film of the woman withdrawing the money and leaving the bank.
What a racket - maybe we should all join in the fun.
I’ve been looking to buy a used car off of sellmycar.com. I stumbled upon what seemed like a dream come true. For sale was a 2002 Lexus IS 300, for only $2,380! I was so excited I e mailed “Janice” for more information and this is what she sent me, “Hi there,
The car is in perfect working condition, it doesn’t have any dents, chips or scratches and the interior is in like new condition, never smoked in.

IT IS SUCH A SCAM! I can’t believe I almost fell for that! Luckily I did not send any money knowing that there are many scams on the internet today, and I’m so glad that I didn’t because after reading this I’ve come to my conclusion that it was a scam! Thanks for warning me, without this blog I may have been fooled!
Thanks to everyone on this site for taking the time to share their valuable information. Also my apologies to those who could not save them self from the misfortune.
I was saved by this website, i was going to purchase a 2006 land rover for 20,000 from some woman in Spain how ever the email and the fax number that i compared with the moneybookers web site did not match and when i asked her to lower the amount from 23,000 to 20,000 she did not hesitate. Also the pictures she used where under someone elses name in a Google account. Again thanks to every one who post the inconveniences in here. We who benefit from it greatly appreciate it.
I ALMOST fell on the same scam. I was buying from VEHIX.COM a BMW X5 for $3,500 from Brenda Wilson brenda.willson@hotmail.com
in Scotland. VIN# 2000 BMW X5/Vin: WBAFB3355YLH04878
. But if is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE… it isn’t!
Be aware!
I just got scammed. There was a 2008 honda accord on sale. I set moneybookers $2500 and then just foubnd out the company is fake. I am so pissed and I am left without a car. Is there anything we can do about this?
BEWARE!!! THIS IS AS RECENT AS TODAY (3/19/09)
This is not only a scam that has a MILLION posts on the internet about how illegit you are, but it is absolutely ridiculous if you think I, or anyone for that matter, would send $2400.00 to an unknown bank account through money bookers and then only “hope” to receive the car in 2 days. I HAVE REPORTED YOU. Thanks for “making me loose my time” as you put it in our previous e-mails.

Hi Kristy,
Here are the transaction steps:
1- You will be contacted by MoneyBookers with all the details about the transaction.
2- You will make a deposit of 30% in to an MoneyBookers agent account.
3-I will send you the car for inspection along with all the documents( the title, owner’s manual, 2 sets of keys, service records, and of course the bill of sale notarized and signed by me). The car will arrive in 48-72 hours at your address.
4- If you want to keep the car, you will pay me the remaining balance of 70%. If you don’t want to keep it, you will send it back to me and i will support the shipping back fees. MoneyBookers will refund you the deposit.
Let me know when you receive the instructions from MoneyBookers.
Best Regards,

Hello,
As I told you in my first e-mail, I am in Scotland, United Kingdom with my work.
Waiting your email with the requested details.

thank you for posting your stories, and I feel really sorry for those of you who got scammed. I had never heard of MB before, and decided to look it up, good thing this was the first website i looked at! Everytime I called the number, I too was directed to some fax number. this is ridiculous!
I am walking away from this crap. this is unreal. these people need to be stopped!!

hi, i just asked my father-in-law to check into a car my hubby and i were looking at. a nissan murano for under $5000 and the owner claimed to have just moved to norway because of her job. i was suspicious because the car should go for MUCH more than that amount, and when my FIL researched it he found this site and sent it to me. so sorry to hear about the folks who have lost money to this scam, but i am very glad i smelled the fishy-ness of it and didn’t give them my money.
just goes to show you…if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely IS!
what is wrong with people…seriously? stealing hard-earned money from innocent folks like this…what an evil way to live!
You guys save me. I almost got scam for a 2002 Audi. Thank i did a little search before sending my money. That is a copy of her email.
Hi again,
The car is in El Paso, TX in the possession of Moneybookers, they will ship the car to your address in max. 3 business days. After you receive the car you will have 10 days to test drive it and verify it. It is preferable to have it inspected by a specialist. They have their own Shipping Department and the car will be transported, not driven to your address. If you are a serious buyer the total price of the car will be $2,400.00USD including all the taxes (shipping, insurance, all). The vehicle is absolutely perfect, it has a clean title, has never been repaired, never been involved in any type of accident or had any paint or body work done. Please send me your full name and full shipping address and I will open a case at Moneybookers and they will contact you with all the information about our deal.
I am waiting for your email as soon as possible.
Kind regards!
Martha

Hi,
the bike is in great condition, has been properly maintained, has never been laid down or abused in any way. It has a clear title and the price I`m selling it for is $2870, which is including all charges.
I used to live in Calgary but I`m currently working in the UK (London) and I`ll be moving here permanently within the next few months and I can`t afford the luxury of taking the bike with me so I decided to let it go.
Thanks

Hi there,
The car is in perfect working condition, it doesn’t have any dents, chips or scratches and the interior is in like new condition, never smoked in.
All the maintenance done on a regular basis and I have all the service records for it. It’s accident-free and has a clean and clear title.
The total price that I ‘m asking for the car including shipping will be $2,800.00. I am selling it so cheap hoping to find a buyer since the car is located in Vancouver, BC at MoneyBookers and right now I live in Scotland. I would like to use MoneyBookers to handle this transaction for our both safety and comfort. (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address, phone# and I will open a case and they will contact you with all the informations about our deal.
Thank you
Diana
If anyone has had any luck in getting these criminals let me know.
Tracey
Hi Tracey,
…Diana is getting cheaper….Below is the e-mail I have received from her. I found this “gem” Nissan and couldn’t believe the price. What surprised me was that she said that MoneyBookers will SHIP the car for her. It’s like PayPal - they DO NOT SHIP a thing! After that it was easy to find “scam” stuff on the Net. I will forward her e-mail to the police and other places I know.
Good luck for future.
Wojtek
This Nissan Altima was advertised on Autotrader for Ottawa region.

Hello,
Before leaving Canada I had prearranged the deal with MoneyBookers Escrow so my presence in Canada isn’t necessary. The car is in their warehouse in Vancouver, B.C. ready for delivery.
You will have 10 days to test and inspect the car and to decide if you want to keep it or not.
So, if you are really interested in this deal I need the following details from you:
full name and address
shipping address
phone #
After I will have all this details I will forward them to MoneyBookers and I will proceed the order. MoneyBookers will contact you with all the details that you need to complete this deal and also to see that i am covered by them and that I am legit seller.
Waiting your email with the requested details.
Best Regards!

Hello,
If you are interested in my 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe, I must mention that it is in perfect condition, has no scratches, dings, special marks whatsoever. It has 41,800 miles and the VIN # is :JNKCV54EX3M211333. It has a clear title ready to be signed and notarized on your name.
I have the pictures hosted on the net and you can see them at :http://s564.photobucket.com/albums/ss88/Jerry_bucket_album/.
The car is located in Trabuco Canyon, CA.
The price is $2,496 and there are no other costs regarding this transaction. I am selling the car because I am in the army and my unit will be deployed to Afghanistan next month.. I will buy a new one when I’ll be back home so this car needs to go.
The transaction will be closed only through a 3rd party because this way we will both be protected. My time is limited due to my job in the army so I decided to use a service from PayPay which will serve as our 3rd escrow party in this transaction. To begin the transaction I’ll need your full name and shipping address, I will forward the details of our transaction to PayPay and then you will receive an invoice from them. The car will be shipped insured to your location with DAS and you will have 5 days for inspection, I will pay for shipping.
Thank you,
Jerry Wedel.

Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding my vehicle. If you are interested you should know that it has never been wrecked or damaged, the vehicle is in excellent condition. The final price including shipping will be $5,900.00 USD. The vehicle is absolutely perfect, it has a clear title, never been repaired, smoked in, never been involved in any type of accident or had any paint or body work done! I live in England now, where I just moved back with my parents, I was born here and I guess there is no need to explain that due to the financial and economic crisis I lost my job and I had to sell everything I owned in US almost at a price for nothing; my house, all my belongings and finally my car, but that’s the situation, I’m going through really hard times right now. Since it’s located in US, the vehicle will be delivered along with all the documents (the clear and clean title already signed off by me, owner’s manual, 2 sets of keys, service records, and of course the bill of sale notarized and signed by me). I would like to use Moneybookers, a third party service, for our both safety and comfort (they will take care of the shipping/payment).
If you are still interested just send me the buyer’s name and shipping address, I’ll open a case and the company will contact you with all the information about our deal.
Regards.

They say if it seems too good to be true then it is not true. I found this add on AutoTrader. How many people get suckered in with such adds?

Thanks god I noticed it on time! Those criminals always find a way to scam. They have just put an announcement of flat rental in Spain. I applied. That is normal. Then they wrote me an e-mail, well she, telling that she is in an civil engineer and she got a job in London, so she has to leave the flat. The conditions are excellent. But the keys and the contract are with her. She gives you an excellent solution how to pick up your keys. Using moneybookers! Great I thought it a well known way to do payments. She gave me the name of an agent to whom I should send 500 Euros by Western Union. Thanks god we went to a post office where the guy warned us that in UK it is possible to withdraw money without ID. Fortunately, we did not send the transfer code. We called moneybookers to verify all the data we had. They told us that they do don’t have agents and do not work with Western Union. So be careful! These criminals are everywhere!
Hello,
moneybookers.com is legit, however, if you read wikipedia online shows you information for example…….Wikipedia states….
Moneybookers allows customers to send, receive and hold funds in 29 currencies worldwide and offers local payments in 30+ countries. However, Moneybookers US customers cannot receive money and foreign customers cannot upload funds using cards or accounts located in the US. Moneybookers also offers escrow payments (for online trading) as well as online SMS and fax sending services.
MoneyBookers.com reserves the right to lock any account at any time. Further they also reserve the right to impose a fee on any account at any time when a customer violates the terms and conditions they have agreed with upon registration. This information is stated within their terms and conditions
ive hade 2 people try to scam me and one my freind and all the scams ive heard along with mine the people scaming were all in the uk and the car is located in your area so if anyone has left the countrey without the car seems to be a scam no more BS with the people who are apparently in the uk and the car is located somewhere else (would you leave the car behind or take it with you?)
I found a piece of exercise equipment I’ve been wanting at a “too good to be true” price. The seller even had pictures. I asked how I would buy it. He said through moneybookers. At this point now, I am assuming this is a scam. Most of the machines on the market are $2-3k. This one is only $1k. Too good to be true. Wow, I can’t believe I almost sent this guy $1k! Rip off probably. Not sure but don’t want to risk it.
Lol i send cash to my mony bookers for the first time they asked for so much information and they still didnt give it to me? wtf is that lol
i waited for 8 days now
and still nothing is it just a scam? or are they going to really send it?
let me know plz
