A few days ago the Business Channel celebrated our monthly theme day. Here are some examples of people and companies that create a sense of occasion, a sense of specialness.

Theme — The WOW FACTOR

For them, the something extra that sets them apart differs from company to company, but strengthened relationships with clients is a common result.
