ALFII - My Icis Recovery Group Formed

Back on May 2nd I posted a piece on Wayne Hicks & ALFII (Americans for Lawful Financial Independence) entitled ALFII and My Icis Closed by Authorities, No Surprise There…. From that post I’ve had an enormous amount of email and comments regarding those closures and possible recovery of funds from Wayne.
Today I have put together a section in Digital Money Group Forum for the recovery of funds discussion, contacts, files and additional public information.
If you had funds frozen with Wayne and need information or would like to help the recovery efforts, please visit the web, post your information and help us.

Why am I such an eternal optimist? My MYICIS Account contained about $13 k and Wayne Hicks promised us that by October 2007 we would get our “frozen funds” back…Well, October is half over and I have not heard one word from him….Where is he?
Well, don’t shoot the messenger here, but….I did about an hours worth of free Internet research yesterday and I now don’t think there is any money to get back.

It seems as though there was a group of members who banded together and sued Wayne et al. and won a 2.5 million dollar judgement and he did not have any funds…so that’s what I found. However, I’m certainly not the know it all end all voice of certainty. Keep checking in and perhaps more will turn up. Wish I had some better news.

Enough is enough. I really do not care who did what, who bought what or who’s fault it is. I want MY money!!! I do not want to spend more of MY money to sue anybody. I am sure many of you feel the same way. GIVE US OUR MONEY!!
What is the latest. I’m at the point. I want a list of who lost $. I want some kind of updates.
