Alaia Williams is a networking expert and Professional Organizer currently living in the Los Angeles area. In 2006, Alaia created her business One Organized Life out of a passion for helping people feel better about their environments. Shortly after she began working with clients, Alaia realized that she needed to network. Being an introvert AND a shy person, Alaia knew simply attending events was not going to work for her. She decided she’s either back out of going or be a wallflower. The solution? She created the kind of group that she would want to join, and thus, the Los Angeles Small Business Owners Group was born. Launched in December of 2006, the group now has over 400 members. From networking mixers to educational workshops and special guest speakers, the group offers numerous opportunities for members to grow their businesses.
