Welcome to Project Management 411 and I am your new columnist, Kim Beasley. Project Management is a subject that I live, breath and implement everyday through my business. I have been a small business owner  and a consultant in Corporate America as a technical project manager for over 12 years.

After working in Corporate America for over 5 years, I decided to take my experience and education and parlay them into a small business. I have a Bachelor in Human Resource Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development and an MBA in eBusiness with an emphasis in managing technology, people and projects.

Currently, I am the owner of Agape3 Business Services which is the parent company for the following businesses that I own:

• Customize WordPress: focus on providing WordPress blog owners with all the services they need to create a successful WordPress blog
• Pro Membership Services: develop membership websites for business owners as they develop an interactive community for their clients and followers
• Customize Drupal: provide customization & installation services for Drupal website owners

The focus of Agape3 Business Services is to provide business owners with consulting services to help them develop their online presence. One of the key things I do through my consulting services is to provide a streamlined project plan that is easy for the business owner to use.
